I'm afraid it's to little, too late. Aside from it meaning very little if anything at all, at least he finally did something right in his life, and decided to stay out of the race himself.
When will this circus end. We had this election in the bag and it's been slipping away from us with every daily debate, and most importantly America is going to suffer from it most is we wind up with Obama again..
I'm trying to remain optimistic and will support whoever becomes our nominee, but the party is making it harder and harder to be loyal.
Republicans need to wise up, especially the Republican candidates who are apparently having a problem with knowing just who to attack. Attacking each other is only helping Obama and hurting the Republican party.
Up until recently Obama's only real hope was that if the economy turned around between now and November. But now it seems as of he is going to be handed the election on a silver platter.
Romney is a McCain Light and the GOP's darling. They like reach across the aisle candidates and will destroy whomever is in there way.
ReplyDeleteI can't argue with what Woodsterman said, I agree.
ReplyDeleteThe Conservative wing of the GOP is under attack from the party. We got them back the House and now they are done with us. Think about what has happened in 2 years that is consistent with what the GOP claimed they would do.
ReplyDeleteNothing. Zip, zilch, zero, nada. You've got Boehner and McConnell. Practically zero pushback on the Democrat agenda. Scott Brown. We knew he was a RINO, but hoped he would see the light. Nope. The GOP is attempting to redistrict Allen West out of Congress. The 2010 election defrauded Conservatives in a big way. Now the 2012 election is setting up to do the same.
What is the difference between electing Romney or re-electing The Chosen One? To me, nothing. I will likely vote third party or not at all for President. Tommy Thompson looks to be the GOP candidate for Senator from Wisconsin. I'll probably vote for him because the other choice appears to be (Leftist) Tammy Baldwin. It's a crappy choice. My point here is that the GOP forgot what got them here, just like they forgot in the 90's. We let them forget. Let's maintain the House, retake the Senate and third party the Presidency. Maybe the message will be a little more clear.
