Gutsy Call? What "Gutsy Call'?

 The Obama administration and his re-election campaign are trying to convince the America public that he made a Gutsy call!
Was it a Gutsy call my Fat Irish ass! 
The call was really a no-brainer, he didn't really even have a choice.  Think of the consequences if he didn't make the "GO" call.
